Ingredients
- Your business name and website
- The 10 to 20 questions a customer would ask an assistant before choosing you
- Your three closest competitors
- Read access to Search Console, if you have it
Method
- Ask ChatGPT, Claude and Google AI every question on the list, several times, and record who gets named and who gets cited.
- Trace each mention back to the page or source that caused it.
- Compare against the competitors to find where they are being recommended and you are not.
- Write up the gaps as a ranked list of fixes, each one a page, a fact or a source to earn.
- Enroll the business in vizmeta HQ so the same questions get re-asked monthly and the answer is logged over time.
Serve with: a short call to walk through the fixes. Keeps well. Re-check monthly at no charge through HQ.
Ingredients
- Your legal name, trade name, address, phone, founding date and founder
- Every profile you own: Google Business, LinkedIn, Wikidata if any, directories
- Access to edit the site's head and templates
Method
- Build the starter: one canonical statement of who the business is, what it does and where, that every page and profile will repeat identically.
- Fold it into Organization, LocalBusiness, Person and Product schema across the site, with sameAs links to every profile.
- Correct the profiles so names, addresses and descriptions match the starter to the character.
- Add an about page and author pages that machines can read as facts, not marketing.
- Validate everything, then re-test the assistants to see whether the entity resolves.
Serve with: the AI Visibility Loaf, before and after. Sourdough takes patience. The assistants re-crawl on their own schedule.
Ingredients
- A WordPress site that is slow, breakable or costing money in plugins
- An export of the content and media
- A list of every URL that currently ranks or gets linked
- DNS access on the day of the switch
Method
- Inventory every URL and decide which pages stay, merge or go.
- Rebuild the pages as flat HTML with one stylesheet and no database, keeping every kept URL exactly where it was.
- Write a redirect map for everything that moved.
- Deploy to Vercel or equivalent with HTTPS, a sitemap and clean headers.
- Switch DNS, watch Search Console for a month, fix anything that 404s.
Serve with: nothing. That is the point. Ark Counseling was a full brand build, but its site came out of this oven, and so did this one.
Ingredients
- Google Business Profile access
- Your service list, hours, service area and photos
- Your last 20 reviews, good and bad
- The metro you actually serve
Method
- Fix the profile: categories, services, attributes, hours and the description an assistant will quote.
- Build one page per service and one per area, each answering the question a customer would ask.
- Mark everything up as LocalBusiness with the same facts as the profile.
- Set rank tracking to the customer's metro, not an unlocated data center. A tracker once reported a query as not in the top 100 while an incognito browser in the right city showed position 4.
- Re-ask the local questions of the assistants and log the result.
Serve with: monthly checks through vizmeta HQ. Rich, quick, and it rises fast.
